jayabaji Terms and Conditions

Certain words and terms used in this document have specific meanings, which are described below:

• "Platform" refers to the jayabaji website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "Member" refers to any person who has completed registration on the jayabaji platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered in a member's name.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in an account, which may include both deposits and bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward or additional funds provided by jayabaji.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be bet before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "Transaction" refers to deposits, withdrawals, bets, and any financial activity on the platform.

Any matter referred to in the singular in this document also applies in the plural where the context requires. Note that the word "service" is used in a broad sense and covers all gaming, betting, and financial features of the platform.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To become a member of the jayabaji platform, each applicant must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (applies to 21+).
• The applicant must have a valid identity document in their own name or in the name of their guardian.
• Online gaming and betting must be legally permitted in the country or region from which the application is made.
• The applicant must not have previously owned any jayabaji account.
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and up to date.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each member may hold only one account. If a single person creates multiple accounts, jayabaji reserves the right to close all such accounts and cancel any associated bonuses. The name, address, and mobile number provided during registration will be used for identity verification at a later stage.

2.3 Identity Verification

jayabaji reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other documents may be requested in connection with withdrawal requests or suspicious activity. Deposits, withdrawals, or betting may be restricted until verification is complete. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how this information is stored and used.

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account. Sharing login credentials, passwords, or OTPs with any third party is strictly prohibited. The member is responsible for all transactions made from their account.

If there is any suspicion of unauthorized access to the account, our support team must be notified immediately. jayabaji will not be liable for losses resulting from a breach of account security if the member fails to report the issue within a reasonable time.

• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Make sure to log out of jayabaji after using a public or shared device.
• Be cautious of phishing emails or suspicious links.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on the jayabaji platform can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Transactions through any method other than the designated deposit methods will not be accepted.

Deposited funds are processed through jayabaji's secure payment system. Each deposit will be credited to the account once confirmed. If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is incomplete. Withdrawal will not be possible until the wagering requirement attached to any bonus funds has been met.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If a member attempts to conduct transactions through fraudulent means such as fake payments, chargebacks, or any other method, jayabaji reserves the right to immediately close that account and cancel all associated funds and bonuses. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit plus ৳1,000 bonus gives a balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw that bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed. Bonus funds are not paid out directly — only winnings earned using the bonus are withdrawable.

5.2 Other Promotions

jayabaji offers various weekly and special promotions, each with its own terms. The weekly jayabaji reward gives a 20% bonus on eligible deposits up to ৳5,000, with an 18x wagering requirement. The jayabaji Sports Festival gives a 30% bonus on deposits in the cricket or sports section up to ৳8,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. The weekend slot bonus gives a 50% bonus on deposits in the slots section up to ৳10,000, with a 25x wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account. jayabaji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Members should be aware of the following points regarding betting and gaming on the jayabaji platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, jayabaji reserves the right to determine the outcome or cancel that bet.
• Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• Game results from jayabaji's game providers are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.
• If any individual or group attempts to manipulate the betting system, the account will be closed.

If an event in cricket, football, tennis, or any other sport is cancelled or ends in a draw, jayabaji will settle that bet according to the applicable rules. See the FAQ page for more details.

jayabaji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver tier: up to 0.7% cashback — example: ৳20,000 net loss in a week gives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
• Gold tier: up to 1.0% cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on the weekly net loss (total losses minus total winnings). VIP tier upgrades depend on a member's activity. jayabaji reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayabaji platform:

• Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or using another person's funds.
• Using any strategy with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise misuse the platform's software.
• Harassing other members or providing false information.
• Helping minors create accounts or placing bets on their behalf.
• Creating more than one account.

If a member engages in any of the above prohibited activities, jayabaji reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all associated funds.

jayabaji provides a gaming and betting service through its platform. However, jayabaji will not be liable for the following:

• Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delayed transactions caused by technical issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Account login credentials falling into the hands of a third party due to the member's own negligence.
• Financial losses from betting and gaming, which are a normal part of the risk involved.

Gaming is a form of entertainment that carries the risk of financial loss. Members are considered to have accepted this risk knowingly when using the platform.

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

A member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure. Options for a temporary break or permanent closure are also available under responsible gaming.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by jayabaji

jayabaji reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account for breach of these terms, evidence of fraud, suspicion of money laundering, or any other legal reason. Associated bonuses may be cancelled in such cases.

jayabaji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and is committed to ensuring it does not have a harmful impact on any member's personal or financial life. The platform offers deposit limits, session limits, and voluntary break options.

When raising a dispute, the reference number, date, and full details of the relevant transaction must be provided. jayabaji will inform the member of its decision after completing an investigation. jayabaji's final decision is binding unless applicable law provides otherwise.

jayabaji reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published. Members will be notified by email where possible in the case of significant changes.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
